The restaurant served good food-particularly the chicken fajitas and delightful pancakes at breakfast-though a few surprises, like the missing tortillas, raised some eyebrows. Housekeeping was punctual, and the staff-especially Alexandra-were remarkably accommodating, arranging excursions and ensuring our needs were met. The overall ambiance could benefit from an enhanced focus on aesthetics, as certain areas lacked the charm found in other luxury establishments.
